All for Your Health and Wellness

Hello Young at Heart Friends and Family;

THIS PAST WEEK:

-Last week the Ginger Chef served up a Blueberry Bonanza, including a tasty Blueberry Lemonade Cooler.

-On Saturday, the Walking Club did a walking tour of the campus at Aquinas College.
-On Monday morning, we had an opportunity to learn more about the services Oak Street Health offers the community. After lunch, Lake Michigan Credit Union presented the best ways to protect your personal information and financial investments from the latest frauds and scams. All of these activities and events are offered for your health and wellness. We appreciate all of those who attended. From the feedback we received, those in attendance enjoyed the various events. We greatly appreciate your feedback to help guide us in knowing what kinds of programs and events you would like to see offered.
