PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
We offer multiple ways to keep your body moving!  From group exercise class, chair Tai Chi, standing Tai Chi, and walking club, you are sure to find something that fits you.

MEANINGFUL RELATIONSHIPS
Through our social activities, weekly lunches, book club, and much more, it is easy for you to catch up with old friends or create new ones within our program!

REDUCE ISOLATION
We aim to be a program that gives participants an opportunity to get out of the house and have some fun.  Our welcoming and friendly atmosphere allow participants to feel like they are part of one big family! 

PARTNER PROGRAMMING
We partner with programs like MSU-Extension for educational presentations, the North End Wellness Coalition, and others; all to enhance the lives of our participants!
