The Young at Heart Senior Enrichment Program partners with the Kent County Senior Millage and many other Community Resources such as Calvin College Nursing Program, Disability Advocates of Kent County, Michigan State University Extension Services for health and educational programming.
We also collaborate with the North End Wellness Coalition, aimed at providing opportunities for residents of the Belknap Lookout and Creston Neighborhoods to access health and wellness right outside your door.
