Young at Heart was recently featured during a Savvy Seniors Event. “Embracing Your Gifts,” was the topic, which was very appropriate for the Young at Heart Mission and all who participate with YAH. Young at Heart aims to encourage all to embrace their gifts, share them with others, and in turn, help us to build a healthier community. Our Speaker for this month is Valerie VanHeest, speaking on her book, “Fatal Crossings.” A lunch of sloppy joes, chips, veggies and dessert will be served at Noon, with the presentation starting at 12:45.
