Expanding Your Horizons

Hello Young at Heart Friends and Family;

I hope everyone had a safe and healthy holiday weekend. September-December we will be encouraging people to expand their horizons. October will bring a brand new set of horizons learning more about Grand Rapids, the Jewish Faith, and embracing Creation. Stay tuned….

Next week Chair Tai Chi resumes on Mondays and Wednesdays at 10:45.What is Tai Chi? It’s about strengthening our core and creating good balance throughout our body.

We learn how to relax while discovering the benefits of total body movement; walk and move with more assurance; take control of your health and enjoy physical and mental well-being. See the attachment for more information. We encourage a $3.00 donation for each class.

No cost.
