Hello Young at Heart Friends and Family;🎉 HaPpY NeW YEAR!! 🎉

I hope each of you made it through the holidays safely and in good health! Classes and activities resume this week, January 5th. However, please note, Tai Chi and Yoga will not be offered the week of January 5. Young at Heart is excited about 2026!! Thanks to all of you, we had a GREAT 2025, and are working to bring you fun and stimulating programming for 2026!

WHAT’S NEW: 

  • Take a bus trip to Walmart on Friday, January 9. The bus will pick you up in the parking lot at 2nd Church at 9:30, and drop you off at the front doors of Walmart. Avoid the slippery parking lots, save a few steps, get help with your packages. Join others and share a lunch before you head back. See flyer for more information.
  • Join us as we watch and listen to three episodes of the January Series. live streamed at 2nd Church. See the flyer for more information. 
  • On Monday, January 26, we will offer our first Pop-Up lunch, catered by Senior Meals. Cost for >60 is $3.50. check out the calendar for the menu.
  • Here is a flyer for on-line classes offered through MSU-Extension. In February, YAH will be offering the Stress Less with Mindfulness in person. This is a five-week class on Tuesdays, 10:30-11:30, in person. Stay tuned for more information.
