Eat, Paint and Sail! How much fun does that sound like???
Our Tech Support class is off and running, thanks to the VanBelkum Branch of the Grand Rapids Public Library. This week we learned about “surfing” the internet. Next week’s class will focus on anything you wanted to know about email including “phishing.” Do you have questions about security, sending attachments, archiving your emails, creating a group email list, flagging important emails??? Come next Monday, July 18th at 2:00. This class is FREE!
***IMPORTANT DEADLINE*** Next week Wednesday we will be drawing our four winners of the “Sailing on Desire” Raffle. Make sure to get your tickets before Wednesday, July 20th at 10:00. These four winners will be able to invite a friend and enjoy a 3 hour tour of the Kalamazoo River and the sandy shores of Lake Michigan. Cost is $25.00 per ticket. A value of $80.00.
This drawing will happen during our July Birthday Brunch. Which reminds me, here is our Birthday List this month. If you see any of the following people, wish them a HaPpY BiRtHdAy! Lastly, we will be painting bowls for God’s Kitchen “Soups On” fundraiser at this month’s Birthday Brunch. Join us for brunch and celebrate with the celebrants. Cost is $5.00. (Please RSVP for the brunch.) Or, come at 10:30 and paint a bowl. Cost to paint a bowl: $3.00 if you donate the bowl back to God’s Kitchen; $5.00 if you opt to keep your creation. This is a fun event!
