Hello Young at Heart Friends and Family,
In the Advent Season, this is the week of JOY! What are you joyfully anticipating???
During this time of year, it isn’t just Christmas gifts we are wrapping. We are starting to wrap up 2021. Can you believe it? Some of you may be glad to see the old year pass. However, I hope everyone has had at least a few good memories. I also hope that in some way you grew to be a better person and can anticipate the start of 2022 with hope and joy!
This week Wednesday, December 15th is our outing to the Artisan Mall in Jenison and lunch at Rainbow Grill. We will be leaving St. Al’s at 10:30. Please RSVP if you would like to join us for a joyful morning of shopping locally.
Our last event for 2021 is our Christmas luncheon and fun activities on Monday, December 20th. Menu: Pulled Pork, cole slaw, salad, baked beans, and dessert. Cost is $8.00. Please RSVP by Friday, December 17th. Bring a small, wrapped gift for a gift exchange game, as well as a spirit of love and joy.
Young at Heart will be closed, starting Wednesday, December 22- Tuesday, January 4th. However, I will be sending out emails, as we joyfully anticipate some exciting new events and activities for 2022. Stay tuned!!
